We celebrated the Holidays this year in our new basement, which we now refer to as the lower level. We had to tell you how wonderful it looks. Our guests were amazed by the astounding difference. The design you created was exceptional and the very few changes we requested were graciously accepted. Working with you has been a very pleasant experience.
Installation of the hung ceiling and dry wall, camouflaging the support beams, giving us a down stairs powder room, creating innovative storage areas and much more were done with superior workmanship.
We also wish to congratulate you on Chuck and Aaron. They have the "old time" work ethic. They were very easy to get along with, especially since, we were frequently down in the lower level getting in their way. We enjoyed them very much.
Our son was also impressed. He has already contracted with you to remodel his home. We did not write a letter when you totally gutted and remodeled our entire home a few years ago, so now is also a good time to tell you what a wonderful job you did then. Thank you, too, for always being available to us for questions and answers.
